Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced attorney to join our Privacy and Information Security Unit within our Corporate Law Department. As a key member of our team, you will provide legal advice on a range of enterprise programs, including privacy, information security, risk, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Advise on federal and state privacy and information security requirements
  • Provide legal guidance on enterprise risk management and compliance programs
  • Collaborate with business leaders and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry developments
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least one state
  • 5 years of experience with privacy and/or information security laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with risk and/or compliance programs
  • Demonstrated adaptability, learning agility, and ability to excel in a collaborative environment
