About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Engineer to serve as the LTAMDS Array RF Electronics Product Lead. This role will be responsible for leading the design, development, and production of RF and electronic modules and subassemblies for the LTAMDS radar system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to complex problems related to the design and integration of RF and electronic modules and subassemblies.
  • Lead a team of mechanical engineers in the design and build of integrated RF/electronics components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program offices, and customer representatives to ensure successful system integration, test, and fielding activities.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical design.
  • Experience with phase array electronics, hardware packaging, and array integration for military or commercial applications.
  • Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and 3D solid modeling software.
  • Strong technical background with high technical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
