Nurse Director Labor and Delivery

Job Summary:
Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Labor and Delivery Nursing to lead our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Labor and Delivery department.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and guidance to the Labor and Delivery nursing team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice.
Minimum of 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full-time charge nurse/related position.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
