Job Opportunity

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a skilled Board Certified Neonatologist to join our team in Midland, Texas. As a key member of our neonatal care team, you will provide high-quality care to newborns and their families in our Level II NICU.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to newborns in our 18-bed Level II NICU
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care

Qualifications
  • Board Certification in Neonatology
  • Current TX medical license
  • Recent experience in neonatal care
