Warriors Mark Wingshooting Lodge and Kennels is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bird Handler/Grounds Keeper. This full-time position is responsible for maintaining and caring for our outdoor shooting sports and recreational facility. Key responsibilities include animal care, farm equipment operation, mechanical and carpentry skills, and ensuring compliance with our Customer First Philosophy. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. **Responsibilities:**

* Maintain and care for our outdoor shooting sports and recreational facility
* Operate farm equipment and machinery
* Perform mechanical and carpentry repairs

* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in wildlife care, facilities maintenance, or a related field
* Strong mechanical and carpentry skills

* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Reliable transportation
