  • Engineer equipment systems for improved final product quality and productivity, leveraging expertise in control systems and automation.
  • Plan production considering requirements, safety aspects, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop operational training manuals for production machinery to ensure operator proficiency and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to resolve production issues and optimize system performance.
  • Integrate multiple machines through ethernet communication to enhance production workflows and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot systems under pressure and identify root causes to prevent future issues and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Engage with personnel at all levels to achieve goals, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA and GMP regulations, maintaining a high level of quality and adherence to industry standards.
  • Perform additional assigned duties as required to support the team and drive business success.

Critical Requirements:

  • A university degree in a related field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or a related discipline, is essential.
  • Full-time work experience in a related field is required, with a strong background in control systems and automation.
  • Prior experience in the confectionery industry is highly valued, as is experience in control engineering and process improvement.
