Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project control and cost accounting processes to ensure accurate forecasting and financial monitoring.
  • Lead and participate in training initiatives to promote best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project teams to evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on project controls and cost accounting.
  • Manage and analyze project financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Construction Management with a Project Controls focus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project controls or cost accounting, with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls and cost accounting techniques, including earned value management and work in progress analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and develop others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and experience with project management software.
