Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Process Controls Specialist to join our EPC team in West Allis, WI. The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in instrumentation and controls design, PLC programming, and HMI development. Strong communication skills and experience with food & beverage processes are a plus.

About the Role: As a Process Controls Specialist, you will work on designing control panels, power and control electrical systems, and participate in field testing, commissioning, training, and startup services. You must have a B.S. degree in engineering (chemical, electrical, or mechanical) or related field of study. A strong understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and custom building is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design instrumentation and controls for process equipment
  • Program PLCs and HMIs
  • Participate in field testing and commissioning
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions
