Job Title: Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Florida Floor & Blinds LLC. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities, sourcing new suppliers, and ensuring that purchased products meet specific technical specifications.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be an analytical thinker, and have a good working knowledge of purchasing strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of procurement principles, including supplier evaluation, contract management, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify prospective suppliers
  • Liaise with internal project teams and maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Evaluate products and suppliers based on key business criteria
  • Negotiate purchase terms and conditions
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders and agreements
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in purchasing or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business application software

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
