Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers from their initial visit through the sales process and closing, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exhibit in-depth knowledge of housing products and the local real estate market.
  • Oversee resident applications, conduct credit assessments, and compile necessary documentation for submission.
  • Facilitate smooth paperwork transitions between sales, underwriting, corporate office, staff, and clients.
  • Conduct engaging community tours for prospective residents, highlighting the advantages and features of our model homes.
  • Become well-versed in the benefits of residing in a land lease community.
  • Employ a proven four-step sales process and effective objection-handling strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a robust customer follow-up system utilizing our CRM.
  • Generate marketing leads through networking and community outreach.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with current residents to encourage referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the home center manager to optimize sales efforts.
  • Promote the value of our homes and the lifestyle offered by SBR Management LLC.
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract more prospects and enhance sales.
  • Prioritize customer satisfaction above all, embodying the core values of SBR Management LLC.

Qualifications:

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication abilities.
  • Sales Experience: Proven track record of personal sales success, with a minimum of 2 years in sales.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed the goal of selling 10 homes per quarter.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in housing or real estate.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM software is desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, talk, or hear constantly; frequent use of hands.
  • Manual dexterity for handling paperwork and operating office equipment.
  • Clear vision and hearing for reviewing documents and effective communication.
  • Capability to lift up to 10 pounds.
