About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team in South King County. As a Home Health RN, you will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire.
  • 1 year of full-time experience practicing as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 1 year of recent clinical experience in a Medicare-certified Homecare or Hospice agency/facility doing intermittent visits and case management.
