Home Health RN Traveler Job Description

Fusion Medical Staffing-Home Health is seeking a skilled Home Health RN to provide medical care in the comfort of patients' homes in Kirkland, Washington.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Travel
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hours per Week: 40

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough nursing assessments of patients and document findings in patient records.
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide medical care in patients' homes, requiring frequent driving to multiple locations.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.

Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least six months of recent Home Health experience.
  • Current RN License.
  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Valid auto insurance.
