Position Overview

The Licensed Vocational Nurse Clinic Supervisor (LVN CS) plays a crucial role in the collaborative patient care team, ensuring an outstanding patient experience. The LVN CS is empowered to engage throughout the care continuum, overseeing both clinical and administrative functions within a multidisciplinary, integrated primary care setting. This role is focused on achieving Crossover's key objectives: 1) reducing healthcare costs, 2) enhancing quality, 3) boosting member/patient engagement, and 4) fostering strong employee/provider relationships. At its core, the LVN CS supports patient care while exemplifying servant leadership and leveraging our interdisciplinary model of integrated care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions, accommodating special requests whenever feasible.
  • Address customer complaints and assist with inquiries regarding clinic services and operational hours.
  • Manage inventory, orders, and the replenishment of medical supplies and materials.
  • Co-facilitate clinic-wide meetings and ensure the team is well-informed about corporate and client communications, including clinical updates.
  • Oversee the scheduling of support staff and ensure appointment appropriateness, proactively contacting patients as necessary.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop staff, assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members while providing guidance to care team members.
  • Administer population health initiatives and clinic outreach programs.
  • Lead events that align with client objectives and member health strategies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Assist in conducting quality and compliance checks on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Contribute to incident reporting and compliance documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries and coordinate support requests with internal TechOps.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Current LVN License.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of comparable clinical back office leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High levels of accountability, ownership, and initiative.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to function effectively as a team member.
  • Comfortable with multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Leadership experience in a collaborative team environment.
Physical Job Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
