  • Regularly reviews and revises training materials to reflect any changes or updates.
  • Collects and evaluates feedback to refine training content as necessary.

  • Handles inquiries from agents and clients, providing assistance and information as needed.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service is required; experience in property and casualty insurance, particularly in Commercial and Specialty Lines, is preferred.
Our compensation structure considers various factors such as role, experience, and skills. The anticipated salary range for this position is between $50,000 and $68,000. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible for performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with company contributions, generous paid time off, health insurance options, mental health support, life insurance, and parental leave, among other voluntary benefits.
