Meat Department Team Trainer

We are seeking a skilled Meat Department Team Trainer to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new hires and existing team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for meat department staff, focusing on operational procedures, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, including attendance, progress, and evaluation results.
- Collaborate with store leaders and trainers to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives into daily operations.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to address performance gaps and provide feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to ensure effective training delivery.
- 6 months of experience in retail or a related field, preferably in a training or leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing training programs and achieving desired outcomes.
- Familiarity with food safety protocols and regulations.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Competitive salary: $18.00 - $25.40 per hour (commensurate with experience).
