Job Title: Senior HubSpot Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HubSpot Strategist to join our team at Instrumental Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of HubSpot solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the discovery process to understand client objectives and requirements
  • Design and implement HubSpot-centered systems to meet client needs
  • Configure and integrate HubSpot with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow
  • Develop and execute complex nurture and drip campaigns to improve engagement
  • Establish closed-loop analytics between marketing and sales to optimize lead conversion

Requirements:

  • 4-9 years of experience in HubSpot implementation and strategy
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot and its ecosystem
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at task prioritization and working cross-functionally
  • Ability to set and run an agenda, lead pointed conversations, and keep clients on task
