About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospital Housekeeper to join our team at Swedish Medical Center. As a key member of our Environmental Services department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas of the facility, adhering to departmental and hospital policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, including adhering to safety and sanitation policies.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and disposal of regulated medical waste, hazardous materials, solid waste, and linen.
  • Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
  • Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions to management.
Requirements
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent required.
  • 1+ years of experience in healthcare preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service-related field preferred.
