Company Description:

JOB ROLE AND PURPOSE:

Work in the insurance domain, focusing on organizational deliverables, best practices, and client management using various methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe.

Lead project rollouts of insurance frontend applications and billing systems, utilizing insurance products with Duck Creek, SQL, Soap UI, Rest API, and ETM.

Create business requirement documents, functional specification documents, and end-to-end flow of functionality through Visio diagrams, including data flow and use cases.

Oversee engagements for P&C insurance customers, establish/manage SLAs, perform system studies, feasibility analyses, estimations, and project planning, project progress, and project status reporting. Identify, report, and analyze defects using defect tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps. Prepare test summary and defect summary reports, along with monthly and quarterly reports to customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

MS (or equiv) in Information Systems, CompSci, Engg (Computer/Mech/Electronics), or related field, plus 3 years of exp in position involving similar duties/technical capabilities.

Must be willing to relocate and work anywhere in the U.S.
