We are currently seeking a Residential Care Support Specialist to provide essential assistance to our elderly residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aiding with daily living tasks, personal hygiene, and leisure activities. Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills are crucial for this role. Experience with individuals with disabilities is preferred, but we are open to training candidates with minimal experience. CNA certification is not a prerequisite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct support to individuals with disabilities in a residential environment.
  • Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and administering medication.
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to residents.
  • Monitor residents' health and safety.
  • Document any observations and changes in residents' conditions.
  • Ensure a clean and safe living space for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow staff members.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • 40 hours per week
  • Weekend availability and flexibility in scheduling required.
