Job Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This includes ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals to deliver high-quality results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and control project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project
  • Experience with construction software, including Procore and Primavera P6
What We Offer

Rudolph & Sletten offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $140,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
