Job Summary

Grubb Properties is seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections to ensure the upkeep of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and maintain all HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and preparing apartments for occupancy.
  • Assist with the operation and maintenance of the pool and pool area, including chemical levels and equipment maintenance.
  • Complete all work orders within a 24-hour time frame.
  • Adhere to all safety requirements and report any hazardous situations to management.
Requirements
  • Two to five years' experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
  • Must have HVAC certification and be willing to obtain a Certified Pool Operator license.
  • Pleasing personality and ability to work with residents.
  • Good mechanical skills and organizational abilities.
