Job Summary:The Community Relations Liaison will be responsible for promoting our assisted living center to the community, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our assisted living center to the community
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations
- Coordinate new resident assessments and status with the Administrator and Resident Services Coordinator
- Provide orientation and follow-up support to new residents and their families
- Manage resident data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with resident relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing resident concerns
- Participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
