Job Summary:

The Community Relations Liaison will be responsible for promoting our assisted living center to the community, building relationships with referral sources, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our assisted living center to the community
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and community organizations
  • Coordinate new resident assessments and status with the Administrator and Resident Services Coordinator
  • Provide orientation and follow-up support to new residents and their families
  • Manage resident data and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with resident relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing resident concerns
  • Participate in educational and training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
