Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous support and cultivate new business relationships
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining product knowledge
  • Assist with parts department tasks, customer inquiries, and inventory management
  • Accurately source and quote product prices
  • Identify new customers through referrals and proactive outreach
  • Input information into the business system and monitor orders and inventory
  • Demonstrate a commitment to safety protocols and adhere to management instructions
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with diesel truck parts is preferred
  • Sales experience is beneficial
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Familiarity with Karmak Fusion system and Navistar software is advantageous
  • Commitment to ongoing sales training and effective time management
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer focus and a collaborative team player attitude
  • Working knowledge of engines and equipment components is a plus
