Job Summary

The Sales and Commercial Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role as an agent of change within our organization. This position spans various responsibilities, from defining direction for key projects or initiatives, understanding business processes, and providing and implementing digital and technical solutions to cover business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining Strategy and Plans: Develop and implement new digital and technological solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiency.
  • Change Impact Analysis: Identify the impact of changes across the organization and the sales system footprint.
  • Technical Solution Development: Participate in the full cycle of construction of technical solutions, including identifying business needs, creating user histories, and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • Pilot and Deployment: Prepare and execute pilot and deployment of solutions, and act as a second level of escalation for ongoing support.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with clients across business units within Corporate Grupo Bimbo and North America teams in BBU and Bimbo Canada.
Requirements:
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and analyzing data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Project Management: Experience managing projects efficiently.

  • Soft Skills: Effective communication, critical thinking, and leadership traits.
Education and Work History:
  • Education: Minimum of Bachelor's degree or higher in business or related discipline.
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years in an analyst or higher role supporting multiple systems.
