Responsibilities- Assess patients' current health status and medical history, documenting accurate and ongoing assessment of patient status.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, prioritizing nursing actions in a logical sequence according to patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care as necessary, and communicating with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Provide direct patient care, administering medications and IVs according to policy and procedure, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Participate in economical utilization of supplies and equipment, adhering to SRH and departmental policies.
- Current Washington State RN License.
- AHA (American Heart Association) Health Care Provider BLS certification.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, take initiative, and work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members.
Skagit Regional Health offers a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 457b/401a (retirement), long term disability, and paid time off to all employees holding an FTE of 20 or more hours per week.
Eligible employees also receive sick time pay.
