Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and feedback, and develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, manage inventory, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the Squishable brand, promote our products, and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of operational efficiency, manage store inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
