Chief Revenue Officer

In the role of Chief Revenue Officer, you will spearhead our initiatives in US Sales, Regional Training, Global Marketing, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Canada, Amazon, Europe DTC, and International Distributor Marketing and Sales. This position demands a strategic and dynamic leader capable of crafting and executing comprehensive strategies to propel revenue growth while maintaining brand integrity and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Revenue Leadership: Formulate and implement a cohesive revenue generation strategy that fosters growth across all channels, including DTC, e-commerce, and international markets.
  • US Sales Management: Supervise the US sales team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and providing support through training and coaching. Cultivate a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Regional Training Development: Establish training programs for sales teams and distributors to enhance product knowledge and selling capabilities, ensuring consistency in messaging and approach.
  • Global Marketing Strategy: Direct the creation and execution of global marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and stimulate customer engagement across diverse markets.
  • Direct-to-Consumer Focus: Refine our DTC sales channels, improving user experience and leveraging digital marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Amazon Strategy: Propel growth in the Amazon marketplace through strategic product positioning, optimized listings, and effective marketing campaigns.
  • International Growth: Discover opportunities for expansion in Canada and Europe, forming partnerships with distributors and customizing marketing efforts to meet regional demands.
  • Performance Analytics: Employ data-driven insights to track sales performance, evaluate marketing effectiveness, and make informed strategic adjustments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, operations, and finance to align resources and ensure the successful execution of revenue strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and guide a high-performing revenue team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and a results-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in senior sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through various sales channels, including DTC, Amazon, and international markets.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing training programs for sales and marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and strategies, particularly Amazon.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities, with a talent for inspiring cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to support business objectives.
