Compensation Details: $131,000 - $171,000 annually

Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Evaluation and Diagnosis:
- Conduct comprehensive health evaluations
- Identify and manage both acute and chronic health issues
- Order and analyze diagnostic tests
Care Planning and Management:
- Develop and implement individualized care strategies
- Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
- Provide education on health maintenance and disease prevention
Team Collaboration:
- Engage with fellow healthcare professionals
- Consult with physicians and specialists as needed
- Facilitate coordinated patient care across various settings
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Primary Care and Pediatrics
- Valid and unrestricted license to practice in California
- Certification recognized at the national level (in accordance with Medicare standards)
- Completion of all mandated educational programs
$82.68 per hour
