At Vaco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in Stamford, CT. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing daily branch operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Implement sales strategies and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Proven experience in branch management with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred.
