Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations, providing expert legal counsel and guidance.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage a caseload and work independently, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case, building strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Attend hearings and trials, presenting cases and advocating for clients' interests.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex legal issues.
  • Participate in business development and marketing activities, helping to grow the company's reputation and client base.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the state of employment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Litigation, construction litigation attorney, insurance litigation, and Tort Law.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
