Claggett & Sykes Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a key member of our litigation team, you will work closely with attorneys to ensure all deadlines are met, appointments are scheduled, and files and documents are organized and saved.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from claims to trial and post-trial findings and appeals.
- Coordinate and schedule Early Case Conference, arbitration, and mediation.
- Prepare and organize documents and exhibits for pleadings, motions, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate their appearances, including depositions and court appearances.
- Organize and maintain files, including electronic productions, and ensure all necessary documents are saved and organized.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree or Certificate in Paralegal Studies.
- 5 years of personal injury litigation experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with Adobe products.
