This senior-level position functions as a mechanical/electrical engineering designer CAD technician. The ideal candidate will have drafting capacity and advanced skills in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM360 modeling software. They should also possess knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, as well as document control protocols to support project requirements and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, applicable codes, and policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate personal accuracy and support continuous improvement.
  • Perform review of drawings to ensure deliverables follow specific Codes and Standards suitable for the project.
  • Coordinate deliverables with other groups involved on the same project to minimize interference or errors.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
  • Experience with Revit or BIM360 preferred, but not required.
