Respond to incoming inquiries and/or process requests from clients/customers


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Adhere to standard operational expectations
  • Commit to ongoing enhancement and consistently exhibit sound business judgment
  • Manage incoming calls to the Client Support Specialist's direct line and the support queue
  • Receive and input quotes and requests from clients or Sales Representatives via phone, fax, or email
  • Process order cancellations
  • Assist with urgent orders, product inquiries, return communications, and voicemail messages
  • Collaborate effectively with all departments to surpass internal and external expectations

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Must be a collaborative team member, professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy

Must possess the ability to:

  • Handle multiple tasks, resolve issues, and prioritize in a dynamic work environment

Must have:

  • Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Exceptional phone communication skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Current or previous successful employment experience with Stealth Products (directly, independently, or through a third party)


EDUCATION REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma or GED


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
