Compensation:

  • $58,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and location

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate COTA to provide high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing facilities. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that improve their quality of life and functional abilities.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Assess and document patient progress, communicating effectively with the therapy team and family members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant license in the state where employed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Strong observational and documentation skills
