We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist to join our team in Newington, Connecticut.

As a Mobile Rehabilitation Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes and communities, providing personalized rehabilitation services to help them achieve their goals.

About the Role

This is a 13-week contract position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess patients' physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to improve patients' functional ability, mobility, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately and timely.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • A strong understanding of rehabilitation principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
