Key Responsibilities: The essential duties include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently utilize supplies and manage staff labor hours.
- Assist with the preparation and updates of billing logs as needed.

- Carry out assigned tasks to fulfill patient care or operational requirements of the clinic.
- Collect blood samples for laboratory analysis as per physician orders.

- Complete and document monthly reviews of patient medication profiles.
- Adhere to applicable healthcare professionals' practice act requirements.

- Perform all duties under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, following company policies and relevant state and federal regulations.

- Maintain thorough, accurate, and appropriate documentation in patient records, including all treatments, activities, and communications with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

- Report any significant changes in patient conditions to the Charge Nurse.
- Notify the Biomedical Technician and Administrator of any machine issues.

- Participate in staff meetings as required and attend in-service and continuing education sessions in accordance with company policies.

- Assist in training staff as requested.

Qualifications:
- Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.

- Previous experience in dialysis is preferred.
- Successful completion of the U.S. Renal Care training program approved by the Medical Director, demonstrating competency within 8 weeks of hire.

- Proficient knowledge of the English language with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills for managing time and tasks effectively.

- Basic computer skills are required; proficiency in all U.S. Renal Care clinical applications is expected within 90 days of hire.
- Must meet any additional practice requirements for the applicable state.
