About the Role
CoxHealth is seeking a skilled Dietetic Assistant to join our team. As a Dietetic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nutritional care and follow-up to patients, communicating effectively with other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with dietitians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest nutrition and dietetics research and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Preferred: education in nutrition and dietetics.
- Prefer experience in nutrition and dietetics.
- Basic reading and writing skills, with the ability to perform simple math.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
