We are seeking dedicated individuals to care for pets and their homes. Park Cities Pet Sitter has been serving pet parents since 1992, providing a happy and healthy environment for pets of all sizes.

About Us

We are the most experienced and trusted pet sitting company in the Metroplex, locally owned and operated. Our goal is to care for our staff, so they can take care of all clients, four-legged or otherwise.

Responsibilities
  • Care for pets and client homes, typically within a 7-mile radius from your home.
  • Feed, water, play, and occasionally medicate pets.
  • Scoop litter, pick up pet waste, and clean up any accidents.
  • Get your daily steps by walking dogs, or even possibly a cat.
  • Do small house chores, including retrieving mail, watering plants, and taking out the trash.
  • Maintain client and pet records via our online software.
  • Communicate with our office staff, other sitters, and clients throughout the day via phone, text, and email.
Requirements
  • Have experience caring for the physical, social, and emotional needs of all animals.
  • Live in or near the areas we service.
  • Be at least 21 years old and agree to a criminal background check.
  • Be humble, trustworthy, and dependable.
  • Always be learning and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of walking various dog breeds in all types of weather.
  • Capable of handling and possibly medicating various breeds of dogs, cats, and other pets.
  • Have 24/7 access to a reliable car, hold a valid driver's license, and have proof of current auto insurance.
  • Must have and be able to navigate a smartphone by using apps, texting, and email.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Starts at $17 per hour on average, including drive time, plus gratuities.
