Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and high-energy Bartender to serve classic cocktails and custom, themed beverages to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a neat appearance, and a friendly personality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, read and listen to their preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders.
  • Know the drink menus and inform guests about new beverages and specials.
  • Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages to guests.
  • Check identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
  • Adhere to all food safety and quality regulations.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
Maintaining a Clean Work Environment

The Bartender will be responsible for maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

Requirements
  • Be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • Have a neat appearance and engaging, friendly personality.
  • Be efficient, observant, knowledgeable, and personable.
