Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain the wait staff station for efficient service, ensuring all necessary tools and supplies are readily available.
  • Prepare and serve bread, water, and butter as needed, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Bus tables promptly to ensure a clean and organized dining environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Assist with dishwashing area cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
  • Set and reset tables and adjust dining layouts as required, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
  • Attend pre-service meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date on our menu offerings, service standards, and company policies.
  • Address members by name for a personalized experience, building strong relationships with our guests.
  • Adhere to service guidelines and safety policies, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and confidentiality, upholding the highest standards of our company.
  • Assist with cocktail service, food running, and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support your team.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a server assistant preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading and communicating in English, ensuring clear and effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our service goals.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and composure in fast-paced situations.
  • Problem solver, self-motivated, and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Have current Food Handler Certification or be able to obtain, ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Have current TABC Certification or be able to obtain, demonstrating knowledge of responsible beverage service practices.
  • Ability to lift and transport packages, cases, or objects of up to 50 lbs, maintaining a safe and efficient workflow.
