We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro PCU team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Coordinate care with ancillary services and supportive personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness.
- Advocate for patients and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Less than 1 year of medical-surgical nursing experience or telemetry experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.
