Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Special Education Teacher to support our K-8 students with diverse learning needs. This is a full-time position, offering approximately 37.5 hours per week with guaranteed hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique requirements of students with special needs.
  • Fostering an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and development.
  • Delivering differentiated instruction and modifying teaching methods to cater to each student's learning style.

  • Collaborating with fellow educators, specialists, and families to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Employing a range of instructional strategies, materials, and resources to enrich the learning experience.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues, families, and support personnel.
