  • Engage actively in the PDQ (People Determine Quality) and SPADE (Safe People Always Determine Excellence) initiatives.
  • Oversee and monitor multiple projects, including scheduling, manpower allocation, timecard management, budget oversight, change order processing, and month-end reporting.
  • Prepare billing documentation for accounting purposes.
  • Track costs associated with change order requests.
  • Conduct daily reviews of timecards, ensuring accuracy in job coding, hours worked, pay types, and departmental assignments.
  • Manage Purchase Orders, including creation, modification, and receipt verification.
  • Coordinate lodging arrangements to facilitate project activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all client, staff, and company information.
  • Address customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Provide document control assistance for projects as required.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered by the company.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation abilities.
  • Support various departments and remote locations as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the mining construction sector or a related field.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient in operating standard office equipment, including computers and printers.

Working Conditions: This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to job sites required. Standard office expectations include prolonged sitting, with some standing and walking involved. Personal protective equipment will be necessary when visiting job sites.
