Position Overview:
High School Substitute Instructor with Flexible Scheduling Options. We are seeking multiple candidates for both full-time and part-time roles. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in high school settings.

As a substitute instructor, you will provide essential support in the classroom, gaining valuable exposure to educational environments and enriching experiences.


Ideal Candidates:

- Retired educators who wish to remain active in the field without the responsibilities of grading or lesson planning.
- Graduate students eager to acquire classroom management skills and establish connections within schools.
- Professionals seeking a transition to more fulfilling roles that contribute to society and the growth of children, while gaining essential school experience.


Key Responsibilities:
- Support the educational institution as required.
- Foster a classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Implement lessons and adhere to the classroom teacher's plans.
- Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Employ diverse teaching methods to enhance student learning experiences and provide necessary support.
Minimum Requirements:
- MN Short Call Substitute Teaching License or higher (If you possess a bachelor's degree, Zen can assist you in obtaining the necessary licensing).
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tier 3 or 4 MN teaching license.
- Master's Degree from an accredited Teacher Preparation Program.
Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must have US Work Authorization. Zen Educate is unable to sponsor employment visas or provide relocation assistance at this time.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Compensation:
- Teacher compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and experience level.
