En este rol, se actuará como un recurso para la aplicación de herramientas y disciplinas de productividad Lean. Se lograrán los objetivos de beneficios de productividad mediante la implementación de proyectos de productividad. Se utilizarán aprendizajes y dependencias del sistema para mejorar los KPIs, encontrar oportunidades de reducción de costos/proyectos de capital y aumentar la rentabilidad de LG&E.

Relaciones: Este puesto reporta al Director de Productividad. Se trabajará en colaboración con partes interesadas a varios niveles, en particular, RVPs, RPMs y gerentes de operaciones de la región. Este puesto colaborará estrechamente con el equipo de gestión de operaciones nacional apoyando iniciativas de PEAK y automatización.

Responsabilidades:

  • Impulsar metodologías de proyectos en operaciones de planta para alcanzar los objetivos de productividad de costos.
  • Facilitar la generación de ideas de proyectos a través de eventos Lean y evaluaciones, evaluaciones de PEAK y eventos BOOST.
  • Proporcionar capacitación en el campo sobre elementos clave de identificación y eliminación de desperdicios.
  • Asegurar la aplicación efectiva de metodologías Lean Six Sigma, realizar análisis de datos y transformar la información en datos útiles.
  • Uso efectivo de herramientas de resolución de problemas, presentar hallazgos y hacer recomendaciones a las operaciones de planta específicas.
  • Impulsar resultados mediante la finalización de elementos de acción y proyectos. Monitorear, informar y realizar reuniones regulares para actualizar a las partes interesadas sobre el progreso.
  • Trabajar directamente con las operaciones nacionales para apoyar iniciativas de automatización y capturar resultados de productividad de las instalaciones de automatización.
  • Proporcionar apoyo en productividad a otros flujos de valor (Distribución y Proceso de Negocios).
  • Establecer una fuerte presencia de liderazgo con los equipos de proyecto.

Requisitos:

·Más de 5 años de experiencia en producción de gases envasados, incluyendo un rol de liderazgo en operaciones.

·Se prefiere título universitario.

·Capacitación en Lean Six Sigma.

·Se requieren fuertes habilidades analíticas, interpersonales y capacidad de influencia.

·Conocimiento de la estructura organizacional del negocio de LG&E es necesario.

·Se debe estar dispuesto a viajar un 50% del tiempo, pudiendo variar según los proyectos.
