Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Clinical Health Services team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and contribute to the development of our public health programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and responding to emergencies.
- Collaborate with medical providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Conduct laboratory tests, review results, and document findings in the electronic medical record system.
- Assist with patient education, health promotion, and disease prevention initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor licensed vocational nurses and medical assistants to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
