Position: Contractor Translator - Spanish to English
Life Enhancement Services is in search of a proficient and experienced contractor translator to deliver real-time translation services for our Spanish-speaking clientele. The ideal candidate will possess native or bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, along with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities in both languages. This role is contractual, with the possibility of continued engagement based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and prompt translation of spoken Spanish to English during client interactions.
- Facilitate conversations between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking personnel, including Office Associates, therapists, and customer service representatives.
- Translate written documents as required, such as intake forms, correspondence, or promotional materials.
- Engage in outreach activities, providing on-site translation support to Spanish-speaking participants.
- Uphold the confidentiality of client information and comply with relevant regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service or healthcare environments is advantageous.
Immediate Availability
This position allows for remote work.
