Design Associate Opportunity

FLEXFORM San Francisco & Los Angeles by 33SIXTY is seeking a highly skilled Design Associate to join our team. As a Design Associate, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our Los Angeles showroom, including order processing, payment intake, and general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize Sales Growth: Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, providing a positive, knowledgeable, and consultative approach to maximize sales growth and profitability.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate the qualities, features, and benefits of our merchandise to clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with design community and retail clientele, assisting with furniture selection, preparing proposals, cost estimates, and other sales documentation.
  • New Business Development: Cultivate new business opportunities with Bay Area design and architecture firms.
  • Customer Service: Provide quality customer service, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Outstanding customer service experience, both internal and external.
  • Product Knowledge: Knowledge of residential European/luxury furnishing/cabinetry.
  • Interior Design/Architecture: Knowledge of interior design and architecture.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions:

Employee will be expected to work Monday through Saturday in our showroom. Employee will need to be able to work with a variety of personality types, including customers, interior designers, and internal staff.
