Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet bar patrons as they enter the establishment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Make food and beverage recommendations based on customer preferences, informing customers of any specials and promotions.
  • Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Check identification to ensure customers are legally able to purchase alcohol and maintain a safe and responsible serving environment.

  • Keep track of inventory to ensure both bar and tables are appropriately stocked and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Bar Service Professional preferred.
  • Required Alcohol Server Training, if required by local and/or state laws.
  • Superb knowledge of mixed drinks, beer, and wine, with the ability to make recommendations and prepare complex cocktails.
  • An engaging personality and appropriate appearance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Open availability for nights and weekends, with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
  • Ability to be on your feet and lift 25+ pounds, with the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
