Night Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

As a Night Auditor at Holiday Inn Express and Suites, you will be responsible for running the night audit, resetting the operating system for the next day's business, and sending out daily financial reports to the above property and corporate team. You will also greet guests in person and over the phone, coordinate guest check-in and check-out, and assist with making reservations. Additionally, you will answer guest questions, assist with problems, and monitor daily reservations to ensure assigned rooms are prepared prior to check-in. You will also handle financial transactions, promptly assist with guest requests, and actively listen to and resolve guest complaints. Furthermore, you will ensure the cleanliness of the property and perform light cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to walk and bend frequently throughout the shift. Detail-oriented and professional attitude required. Reliable transportation necessary. Ability to work independently.
